FY 2022 Local Energy Action Program (LEAP) Pilot
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program will provides technical assistance services to communities to develop their own community-driven clean energy transition approach. The program aims to facilitate sustained community-wide economic empowerment through clean energy, improve local environmental conditions, and open the way for other benefits primarily through the deployment of clean energy. FY 2021 Foster Youth to Independence Initiative
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
The purpose of this program is to provide Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs) to public housing agencies (PHAs) to support youth eligible under the Family Unification Program (FUP). Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Public housing agencies (PHAs) that: currently administer the Housing Choice Voucher (HVC) Program and have an have an existing annual contributions contract (ACC) with the funding agency for HCVs; must have a Family Unification Program (FUP) and/or Family Youth Independence (FYI) utilization of at least 90 percent at the time of request; and have a partnership with a public child welfare agency (PCWA)

National Endowment for the Humanities
FY 2022 National Digital Newspaper Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program funds the digitization of historically significant newspapers published between 1690 and 1963, from all the states and U.S. territories. Projects supported through this program will select newspapers and convert approximately 100,000 pages into digital files according to the technical guidelines outlined by the Library of Congress. FY 2021 Environmental Education Local Grants Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program supports locally focused environmental education projects that increase public awareness and knowledge about environmental issues and provide the skills that participants need to make informed decisions and take responsible actions toward the environment. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local educational agencies, state education or environmental agencies, colleges or universities, nonprofits, non-commercial educational broadcasting entities, and Tribal education agencies, including schools and community colleges controlled by a Tribal entity

FY 2022 Rural Business Development Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
The purpose of this program is to promote economic development and job creation by supporting projects with targeted technical assistance, training, and other activities leading to the development or expansion of small and emerging private businesses in rural areas. Click here for more information.

FY 2022 Groundwater and Streamflow Information Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program supports data providers for the National Ground-Water Monitoring Network (NGWMN) by helping water managers, primarily state water resource agencies, to share their water-level and water-quality monitoring data to help monitor current conditions and avoid future water conflicts that may result from changes in the environment. Click here for more information.
