FY 2022 Expanding Access to Sexual Assault Forensic Examinations
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to increase access to and the quality of post-sexual assault health care services for victims of sexual assault. The funding agency seeks to support projects that will establish or expand sexual assault examination programs, including sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) programs and sexual assault forensic examiner (SAFE) programs. FY 2022 Employer Engagement Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to strengthen employer engagement in the integration and self-sufficiency of eligible Afghan entrants within the community. Program support will fund efforts by local organizations to create networks of employers offering work-based English Language Learner and job skills training to eligible employees, which will help create stability in the workforce as well as help ensure employers have dedicated staff to meet the needs of their company. FY 2022 Family and Youth Services Bureau Basic Center Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program seeks to provide emergency shelter and counseling services to runaway and homeless youth, under the age of 18, who have left home without the permission of their parents or guardians; have been forced to leave their home; cannot live safely with a parent, legal guardian, or relative; have no other safe, alternative living arrangement; or other homeless youth who might otherwise end up in contact with law enforcement or in the child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice systems. FY 2022 Administration for Community Living Assistive Technology Alternative Financing Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support projects that provide financing to assist individuals with disabilities of any age in obtaining assistive technology (AT) devices. Award recipients will establish or expand one or more alternative financing programs that will provide for the purchase, lease, or other acquisition of a full array of AT devices and services to ensure that all people with disabilities, regardless of disability type or health condition, age, level of income, or residence, have access to AT.
