Urban Agriculture and Innovation Production Competitive Grants Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program initiates or expands efforts of farmers, gardeners, citizens, government officials, schools, and other stakeholders in urban areas and suburbs. Projects may target areas of food access; education; business and start-up costs for new farmers; and development of policies related to zoning and other needs of urban production. FY 2022 Composting and Food Waste Reduction Pilot Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
The purpose of this program is to support projects that develop and test strategies for planning and implementing municipal compost plans and food waste reduction plans. Click here for more information.

Department of Housing and Urban Development
FY 2022 Foster Youth to Independence Initiative
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
The purpose of this program is to provide housing choice voucher assistance to public housing agencies in partnership with public child welfare agencies on behalf of foster youth. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local and state governments and public housing agencies that have an existing annual contributions contract with the funding agency, in partnership with public child welfare agencies.

FY 2022 Of the People - Widening the Path: Connecting Communities Digital Initiative - Libraries, Archives, and Museums
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program encourages creators in Black, Indigenous, and communities of color to combine Library of Congress materials with technology to connect Americans with a more expansive understanding of the past and future. Click here for more information.
