WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program provides funding to accelerate the creation of the scientific and engineering foundations that will enable smart and connected communities to bring about new levels of economic opportunity and growth, safety and security, health and wellness, accessibility and inclusivity, and overall quality of life. This program supports both research and planning. WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program supports projects proposed primarily by small arts organizations that extend the reach of the arts to populations that are underserved, including those that have limited access to the arts because of geography, ethnicity, economics, or disability. FY 2023 Major Collaborative Archival Initiatives
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program aims to improve public discovery and use of major historical records collections. Projects must be collaborations among multiple institutions that either digitize and publish online historical records or create and test new tools and methods for the archival field to enhance public access. FY 2022 Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act Program (TIFIA)
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program provides low-interest and flexible credit assistance to support large-scale, surface transportation improvements related to highway, transit, railroad, intermodal freight, and port access projects of regional and national significance. The program is designed to fill market gaps and leverage substantial private co-investment by providing supplemental and subordinate capital. Click here for more information.

FY 2022 Telecommunications Infrastructure Loans and Loan Guarantees Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program supports the construction, maintenance, improvement, and expansion of telephone service and broadband in rural areas. Projects are intended to help maintain a seamless nationwide telecommunications network that also provides access to broadband for education, health care, public safety, and jobs for all Americans regardless of where they live. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State and local government entities, federally recognized tribes, nonprofit organizations, for-profit businesses. Projects must serve rural areas or towns with a population of 5,000 or fewer.

FY 2022 Emergency Community Water Assistance Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program helps rural communities prepare for, or recover from, an emergency that threatens the availability of safe, reliable drinking water. Eligible projects may take place in communities that have experienced a significant decline in quantity or quality of drinking water due to an emergency, or in which such decline is considered imminent. FY 2022 Emergency Watershed Protection Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
The purpose of this program is to respond to emergencies created by natural disasters by offering technical and financial assistance to help local communities mitigate imminent hazards to life and property caused by floods, fires, windstorms, and other natural occurrences that impair a watershed. The goal of the program is to allow communities to quickly address serious and long-lasting damage to infrastructure and land. Click here for more information.

FY 2022 Water and Waste Disposal Predevelopment Planning Grants 
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
This program supports the provision of clean and reliable drinking water systems, sanitary sewage disposal, sanitary solid waste disposal, and stormwater drainage for households and businesses in eligible rural areas. Funding will support low-income communities with the initial planning and development of complete applications for the funding agency's Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant Program and the funding agency's Water and Waste Disposal Loan Guarantees program. FY 2022 Environmental Quality Incentives Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
The purpose of this program is to provide financial and technical assistance to agricultural producers to plan and implement improvements to conservation practices. These practices are expected to lead to cleaner water and air, as well as healthier soil and better wildlife habitat, all while improving agricultural operations. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Farmers, ranchers, and forest landowners who own or rent agricultural land including agricultural producers, owners of non-industrial private forestland, Indian tribes, and others with an interest in agricultural or forestry operations, and water management entities, including state entities, irrigation districts, groundwater management districts, or similar entities that have jurisdiction or responsibilities related to water delivery or management to eligible lands
