Upper Willamette Soil & Water Conservation District (UWSWCD) is seeking a skilled, collaborative and values-aligned leader to serve as our next District Manager. This position will provide executive leadership for the organization in our next chapter of growth and expansion, working closely with our board and staff to co-develop and implement our next five-year strategic plan and advance our mission and vision.

The District Manager is the executive leader for our local government agency and will be responsible for working collaboratively with staff to implement strategic goals and priorities set by the Board of Directors, using revenue from our local tax base as well as external funding sources. This position provides leadership for financial, personnel, education and outreach, and conservation program planning, management, and implementation.
