Request for feedback on NIOSH documents

NIOSH has been publishing guidance documents that provide the basis for comprehensive occupational safety and health standards since 1972. NIOSH is seeking feedback to improve the information presented in these documents and better understand preferred communication methods to obtain workplace health and safety information. This feedback will be used to update and streamline our documents to make our guidance more accessible.

You are being asked to participate in a survey that is expected to take you less than 5 minutes to complete. The survey asks questions about the participant’s familiarity with NIOSH guidance documents, how that information was obtained, and any recommendations as to how we can improve our documents for future use.

Your survey responses are very important to us and there are no right or wrong answers. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you may choose not to participate or not to respond to any questions that you do not want to answer. No risks or direct benefits are expected for your participation. You will not be compensated for your time and participation.

This survey does not collect any personally identifiable information. Your responses will remain anonymous and no personally identifiable information will be collected. No information from the survey will be provided to your business/employer, such as location, personal information, or participant information.

It is preferred that you complete the survey as soon as possible, but please note that the online survey will be available until March 31, 2023.

We invite you to complete this short survey at https://redcap.link/NIOSHSurvey
