Dear prospective bidder,

The Port of Port Orford is pleased to invite qualified firms to submit proposals for the design and construction of a Supplemental Seawater Delivery System.

This project aims to provide immediate, undiluted seawater access to support commercial, aquaculture, retail, and research activities at the Port. The selected Design-Builder will deliver a complete system, including pump installation, distribution lines, storage tanks, aeration, and temporary shelter infrastructure. The total project budget is $500,000, and work is anticipated to begin as early as September 15, 2025, with completion no later than April 15, 2026.
