We teamed up with HR Answers to develop the new Oregon Government Employee Handbook Template for you to utilize when updating or creating your employee policy manual. It was developed with government employers in mind and is available to your district at no cost.
Already, a great number of our districts have requested this template and are now utilizing it as they revise their manual. This template includes all the policies required by public entities as well as guidance on mandatory requirements. It also includes sections in which you may personalize to your district.
