Notice of Permanent Rulemaking: OAR 166-017

Last week, the new permanent rules below were filed:

OAR 166-017-0025 (Repealed)

OAR 166-017-0045 (Electronic Record as Official Copy of a Public Record)

Additionally, the Secretary of State published a new set of Electronic Recordkeeping System Requirements which provide a new framework for compliance. These are found here: Electronic Recordkeeping System Requirements.
