FY 2023 Disaster Relief Supplemental Grant Funds for the Community Facilities Technical Assistance and Training (CF TAT) Disaster Repair Grant Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support eligible entities in providing technical assistance and/or training with respect to essential community facilities programs. Provided technical assistance and/or training will assist communities, Indian tribes, and nonprofit corporations to identify and plan for community facility repairs because of damages resulting from presidentially declared disasters in calendar year 2022, that exist in their area. WHO'S ELIGIBLE?  Local, and state governments, small businesses, independent school districts, domestic public or private, non-profit, or for-profit entities. Community-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply for PCA funding. New organizations and organizations currently receiving funding as PCAs under Section 330(l) may submit applications.
