Projects must take place in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia, or the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico and/or the U.S. Virgin Islands
