HR Managers & Supervisors - we've made it easier to access your EAP!
Good news! We've made it even easier for you to login to your EAP, not just to access the HR/supervisor resources that you need for your job, but also to access all EAP benefits and services for you and your family with a simplified login.
Previously, we had one login for supervisors and managers to access supervisory tools and a separate login to access EAP member benefits and services, including training and education.
We've combined them so you only need one login to access everything! Simply click the “Employee and Family Login” at the top right of https://www.theeap.com/public-safety-eap to enter your credentials. Please note: Use the credentials you use to login to employee/family. (If it is your first time visiting this, complete a one-time registration process).
Once you’ve logged in, explore all your EAP benefits and resources. To access supervisory tools, look for this icon:
It’s as simple as that! If you have any trouble, please contact us 800.535.4841 Ext. 575

Website Accessibility Policy
Special Districts Association of Oregon is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Special Districts Association of Oregon
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
If you need any special assistance or accommodations:
Special Districts Association of Oregon has designated a compliance officer for website disability-related accommodations.
The compliance officer has received training in website accessibility and updates the site in accordance with those best
practices. Contact our accessibility officer to report an issue.
Compliance Procedures and Reports
In addition to testing with users with a wide range of disabilities and coding our website to WCAG standards,
Special Districts Association of Oregon regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance, and makes timely
changes to any inaccessible changes, if any are found.
