Position Information:

Brookings-Harbor Oregon. Harbor is a small community on the Southern Oregon coast where the Chetco River meets the sea. A quiet little town close to natural resources with incredible outdoor recreational opportunities both on water and in the mountains. Beautiful forests with towering firs surround the town with tourism and fishing as the main attractions to the area.

Position Summary:

Oversee the District’s Collection Department. This is a full-time position with a generous benefit package. Responsibilities include maintaining and operating the District Wastewater Collection System pumping stations and lines. Work with Engineers on new developments and review plans for compliance. Perform office duties related to the collection system.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and efficiently. Computer skills including Excel. Possession of a valid Oregon driver’s license or ability to obtain an Oregon driver’s license. Possession of an Oregon Department of Environmental Quality Wastewater Collection II Certificate or equivalent or Possession of an Oregon Department of Environmental Quality Wastewater Collections I Certificate or equivalent with a minimum of two years of experience.

Salary Range:

$69,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year D.O.E.
