Salary: $29.50- $58.41/hour (Grade 12-17; annual salary approximately $61,360 - $121,492)

Job Summary: The HR Director performs a wide range of professional and technical duties related to human resources functions in support of the District’s employees and operations while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

 

Desired Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Experience managing benefits programs including, but not limited to, healthcare and 401(k) plans.
  • Possess active SHRM-, SPHR, or PSHRA certification.
  • Director I
  • 5 or more years of professional experience in human resources within a local government setting.
  • 5 or more years of experience administering a human resources information system in a local government setting.
  • 5 or more years of experience administering a payroll information system including but not limited to Paychex or ADP.
  • Director II
  • 9 or more years of professional experience in human resources within a local government setting.
  • 9 or more years of experience administering a human resources information system in a local government setting.
  • 9 or more years of experience administering a payroll information system including but not limited to Paychex or ADP.
