The Town of Lakeview is hosting two different Oregon Government Ethics Commission (OGEC) trainings in September. These sessions are open to any public officials who would like to attend.
Executive Session Overview
This session is designed for individuals of governing bodies subject to Oregon Public Meetings Law. The course content will cover the individual responsibilities of public officials, the process to convene an executive session, and the lawful reason for holding an executive session as contained in ORS 192.610, ORS 192.660, ORS 192.685 / OAR Chapter 199.
