FY 2022 Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The intent of this program is to obtain high-quality career outcomes for veterans experiencing homelessness. Grant recipients must address the complex employment-related requirements and support services necessary to meet the needs of this population either through direct services or through a robust referral system establishing tools, resources, and partnerships to identify, recruit, prepare, and support veterans experiencing homelessness for employment success. FY 2022 Innovations in Nutrition Program and Services Replication Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program seeks to help communities develop capacity for, deliver, and sustain innovative nutrition programs for older adults, particularly those with the greatest social and economic need, and individuals at risk for institutional placement who participate in these programs. Projects must support the Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III-C Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) goal of reducing hunger, food insecurity, and malnutrition; enhancing socialization; and promoting overall health and well-being. FY 2022 American Rescue Plan Act: Pediatric Mental Health Care Access (PMHCA) New Area Expansion
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program promotes behavioral health integration into pediatric primary care by supporting pediatric mental health care telehealth access programs. FY 2022 Rural Health and Economic Development Analysis
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to quantify and describe the economic impacts of local health care sectors on rural economies to provide information which will assist policy makers and other rural stakeholders to improve health care in rural areas. Research and analysis funded through this program will focus on quantifying the relationship between health care and economic factors in rural communities, particularly the economic impact of rural health care services, to provide information to improve health care in rural areas. FY 2022 Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides financing to support economic development, housing, public facilities, infrastructure, and other physical development projects, including improvements to increase resilience against natural disasters. The program provides community development block grant (CDBG) recipients with the ability to partially leverage their annual award allocation to access low-cost, flexible financing. States, community development block grant (CDBG) entitlement recipients such as metropolitan cities and urban counties, non-entitlement communities that are assisted in the submission of applications by states that administer the CDBG program, non-entitlement communities eligible to receive CDBG funds under the funding agency-administered Small Cities Program, small businesses, incubators, or microenterprises
