    FY 2021 Workforce Opportunity for Rural Communities (WORC): Grant Initiative for Appalachian and Delta Regions
    WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports projects that assist rural communities in aligning workforce development efforts with economic development plans. Projects will serve areas that have been hard hit by economic transition and are recovering slowly in the Appalachian region and Lower Mississippi Delta (Delta) region.
