Your financial contribution to the 2023 SDAO Annual Conference helps individuals serving Oregon’s special districts attend the ultimate training event of the year at an affordable cost. Packages have been developed to help you maximize exposure to our members.

Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive instructions for submitting the required materials to SDAO. The entitlements listed in this publication are contingent on the sponsor submitting the required materials by the specified deadlines.

Showcase your product or service to more than 400 delegates representing Oregon’s special districts at the SDAO Annual Conference Exhibitor Trade Show! Exhibitors will experience a full day of networking opportunities with conference attendees while highlighting their products and services. In the evening, exhibitor and attendee interaction continues at the sponsored Exhibitor Reception, complete with hors d’oeuvres and refreshments.
Conference attendees can access a list of exhibitors, including contact information, in the conference mobile app. Exhibitors are also recognized in the conference program.
Exhibit Hours:
Trade Show: Friday, February 10 from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Reception: Friday, February 10 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

We ask that exhibitors leave their booths in place until the conclusion of the Exhibitor Reception at 6 p.m.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Lodge Village Guestroom: $115/night + tax and resort fee
Lodge Village Suite: $199/night + tax and resort fee
River Lodge Guestroom: $189/night + tax and resort fee
2 Bedroom Loft Condominium: $199/night + tax and resort fee
Room block rates expire on December 10, 2022 for condominiums and January 18, 2023 for rooms and suites.

Please take note of Sunriver Resort’s cancellation policy. Condominiums and houses must be cancelled at least 60 days from the reservation date, or you will be responsible for the entire amount of the stay. Rooms must cancelled at least 21 days from the reservation date, or you will be responsible for the entire amount of the stay.
