Post-Flood Resources from the Department of Land Conservation and Development
From Oregon Department of Emergency Management
In December, much of northwest Oregon was under a flood watch due to back-to-back atmospheric rivers in the Pacific Northwest. Many rivers experienced major flooding, and landslides affected much of the state.
The Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) wants to help reduce the stress of floods and support our local floodplain administrators in Oregon. Below are several resources for staff to help prepare for and recover from flooding.
