Salary: $66,893 - $73,773 depending on qualifications
Location: Columbia City, OR
This exciting and challenging position manages current tenant leases and permits, provides tenant customer service, and daily operations of Scappoose Airpark, Scappoose Bay Marina, Bayport RV Park, and other Port of Columbia County commercial properties. Oversees vendors and non-capital projects. Manages Port maintenance department and Public Facility Representative. You can make a positive difference for Columbia County in this role.
The hiring/starting range for this position is $66,893 - $73,773, based upon experience. The full salary range goes up to $84,094 per year, offering growth potential for a high performer.
