FY 2024 Distressed Area Recompete Pilot Program (Phase 2)

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding to alleviate persistent economic distress and support long-term comprehensive economic development and job creation, in places with a high prime-age (25-54) employment gap (PAEG). Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local governments, the District of Columbia, territories, tribal governments, political subdivisions of a state or other entity including special-purpose entities engaged in economic development activities, public entities and nonprofit organizations acting in cooperation with the officials of a political subdivision of a state or other entity, economic development districts, and coalitions of any of the above entities that serve or are contained within a single geographic area.

FY 2024 Inflation Reduction Act Assistance for the Adoption of the Latest and Zero Building Energy Codes

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports States and units of local government that have authority to adopt building codes in adopting, implementing, enforcing, and measuring compliance rates of certain building energy codes that meet or exceed the minimum energy savings specified in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), while training and educating their workforce and building localized capacity. FY 2025 North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) Standard Grants Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to support projects that involve the long-term protection, restoration, and/or enhancement of wetlands and associated uplands habitats for the benefit of all wetlands-associated migratory birds. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State and local governments, special district governments, independent school districts, institutions of higher education, Native American tribal governments, nonprofits, and small businesses

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides financial assistance to replace, rehabilitate, preserve or protect one or more bridges on the National Bridge Inventory. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States or groups of states, metropolitan planning organizations serving urbanized areas (Bureau of the Census designated) with a population over 200,000, local governments or groups of local governments, political subdivisions of states or local governments, special purpose districts or public authorities with transportation functions, federal land management agencies, tribal governments or consortium of tribal governments, and multistate or multijurisdictional groups of entities as described above

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides legal services to eligible veterans who are homeless or at risk for homelessness. WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program develops and enhances the diverse workforce of museum professionals. It supports projects that offer professional development to the current museum workforce, employing strategies to train and recruit future museum professionals and supporting evaluation efforts to help identify and share effective practices.
