Job Description:

The McMinnville Fire District is accepting applications for the position of In-House Counsel. This full-time, FLSA-exempt position serves as principal legal advisor to the District, its Board of Directors, Fire Chief, executive leadership, and authorized staff. The position reports directly to the Fire Chief. The complete position description is attached. The successful candidate will provide practical legal advice and representation involving District governance, employment and labor relations, contracts, procurement, regulatory compliance, public records, litigation, and risk management.
