Wage:            

$20-$25 an hour DOE

 

When:           

July 1st (tentative start date) – October 31st (tentative end date)

 

Hours:           

Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm. Schedule may change due to fire weather forecasts, some weekend days may be needed.

 

This is a summer upstaffing position created by a wildfire upstaffing grant from OSFM. Primary duties will be wildland interface projects in the district and helping on other district projects. Minimum qualifications:     

• Valid Oregon Driver License
• Must be insurable by District
• Emergency Medical Responder
• Firefighter 1 or equivalent

 

Desired qualifications:        

• Emergency Medical Technician or above
• NFPA Apparatus Operator
• Wildland FF type 2
• NFPA Emergency Driver Certification
