Job Summary

Working independently and collaboratively with others, this position plays an integral role in executing CRPUD’s mission, philosophy, and commitment to providing safe, reliable power to our community and exceptional service to our internal and external customers. All employees are also expected to maintain a high level of trust, integrity, and ethical standards.

 

Manage CRPUD’s Key Accounts Program and serve as the primary liaison for assigned Key Accounts customers, building strong relationships through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. Develop and implement a program for recruiting industrial and commercial businesses to CRPUD’s service area.

Education and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in any area of Business or Public Administration and a minimum of three years’ experience in government affairs; or an equivalent of relevant, progressive, professional experience and education may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • At least two years’ experience in project management and economic development activities.
  • At least two years’ experience in giving presentations and participating in community and public relations events.
  • Demonstrated competency with personal computers in MS Office and in using available technology to perform assigned job duties.
  • Valid driver’s license. Other driving-related requirements may apply depending on the nature and scope of responsibilities associated with driving on behalf of CRPUD.

 

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management and five years’ combined experience in government affairs.
  • At least four years’ experience in project management.
  • At least four years’ experience in giving presentations and participating in community and public relations events.
  • At least two years’ working knowledge of the utility industry.

 

Salary Range

$50.95 - $72.63 per hour depending on qualifications
