One of the best ways to prevent accidents is to conduct a thorough analysis, not only of lost-time accidents but also of other incidents. In this webinar, we will review the OR-OSHA requirements for accident investigations. We will also guide you through the investigation process and show you how to use the “Five Whys” technique to identify the root cause to prevent reoccurrence.
