Duties:

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing and coding

- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures

- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

- Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers

- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing

- Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urinalysis and blood glucose monitoring

- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies

- Provide patient education on various medical conditions, treatments, and medications

- Assist with patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare facilities Qualifications:

- Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)

- Proficient in medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), and medical coding

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and techniques

- Familiarity with X-ray procedures is a plus
