FY 2022 Healthy Homes and Weatherization Cooperation Demonstration (Select Areas)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to provide housing interventions in lower-income households that are conducted jointly through the coordination of HUD’s Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes (OLHCHH)-funded Healthy Homes Production (HHP) program and programs funded by the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). FY 2023 Five Star and Urban Waters Restoration Grant Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to develop community capacity to sustain local natural resources for future generations by supporting diverse local partnerships focused on improving water quality, watersheds, and the species and habitats they support. FY 2023 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law: Long-Duration Energy Storage Demonstrations
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to accelerate commercialization for energy storage technologies by demonstrating the technologies at scale for long durations and partnering with community and industry stakeholders so they can best adopt and benefit from these technologies. FY 2023 Solid Waste Infrastructure for Recycling (SWIFR) Grant Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to assist local waste management authorities by supporting improvements to local post-consumer materials management, including municipal recycling programs, and assisting local waste management authorities in making improvements to local waste management systems. WHO'S ELIGIBLE?  Political subdivisions of states and territories, such as counties, towns, parishes, and similar units of government that have executive and legislative functions to be political subdivisions of states.

FY 2023 Consumer Recycling Education and Outreach (REO) Grant Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to improve the effectiveness of residential and community recycling programs through public education and outreach. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Water Conservation Field Services Program (Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region)
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding for projects that result in water management planning for water managers to plan, prioritize, and design projects that conserve and use water more efficiently, and to mitigate conflict risk in areas at a high risk of future water conflict. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, tribes, irrigation districts, water districts, local authorities, and other organizations with water or power delivery authority located in the Reclamation’s Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region.

FY 2023 Affordable Connectivity Outreach Grant Program
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to facilitate the promotion of the Affordable Connective Program (ACP) and increase awareness of and participation in the ACP among eligible households.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? Led in partnership with the Global Designing Cities Initiative (GDCI), BICI will help cities implement ambitious cycling projects, setting a new precedent for what’s possible in cities. Click here for more information.
