WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support NOAA activities within the 2021 Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). FY 2023 Grants to Expand Substance Abuse Treatment Capacity in Adult and Family Treatment Drug Courts
WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program expands substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and recovery support services in existing drug courts. The program supports a continuum of care, including prevention, harm reduction, treatment, and recovery services, for individuals with SUD involved with the courts. Click here for more information.

FY 2022 Airport Improvement Program Supplemental Discretionary Grants
WHAT DOES IT FUND?
The Airport Improvement Program (AIP) Supplemental Discretionary Grants program provides supplemental discretionary funding to eligible airport applicants for capital projects. Click here for more information. 
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Airport sponsors normally eligible for AIP discretionary grants as defined in 49 U.S.C. 47115, which includes a public agency, private entity, state agency, Indian Tribe or Pueblo owning a public-use NPIAS airport, the Secretary of the Interior for Midway Island Airport, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of Palau.
