Salary:$50,000 - $74,305 DOE

The Upper Willamette Soil and Water Conservation District (UWSWCD) is hiring a Fiscal Officer to join its District team. This position is responsible for the fiscal and human resource operations of the district. The position will be responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of the district including fund accounting, budgeting, local budget law, and financial reporting. Human resource responsibility includes overseeing the districts benefit plans and ensuring that personnel policies are in alignment with current law. Additionally, this position will develop a grant management system. The district provides all employees a generous benefit package.
