As an Administrative Specialist, you will be at the center of operations and activities that keep your teams moving forward. The focus of the Administrative Specialist at Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District will be to provide administrative support, including assisting in division and district-related projects and programs. Additionally, this role involves frequent contact with staff and the community; the incumbent will exhibit exceptional customer service to the community and staff and strives to champion district equity and inclusion values in all activities. The Administrative Specialist will report directly to their assigned management personnel and may exercise direct supervision over part-time technical and administrative staff.
Successful candidates will possess a combination of experience and training equivalent to three years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience including multi-cultural customer service. Specialized experience, training, or demonstrated interest within assigned division preferred.
