The  purpose  of  this  request  for  proposals  (RFP)  is  to  solicit  offers  from  qualified  vendors  to  provide actuarial analysis and conduct annual actuarial studies  for  the SDIS Property/Casualty  and Benefits Trust.  SDIS is issuing this RFP because our purchasing policy requires us to conduct  an RFP for actuarial services at least every five years. It is SDIS’s intent to evaluate the proposals and contract with a consultant to perform the scope of services outlined in the link below .
