Library Facilities Master Plan and Related Services

Proposals Due: July 25, 2024 - 4:00 P.M.


The Oregon Trail Library District (the District) requests Proposals from firms interested in providing architectural and engineering services for the District’s Library Facilities Master Plan and Related Services. A Request for Proposals (RFP) may be obtained at:

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the District’s Project Manager, Kathy Street, District Librarian, at the District’s office at 200 South Main Street, Boardman, Oregon 97818. Proposals will be received until 4:00 P.M. on July 25, 2024. Proposals received after the deadline and proposals sent by email or facsimile will not be considered. Opening of Proposals will occur on July 24, 2024 at 4:15 P.M.

Proposers must comply with the requirements of the RFP and all applicable statutes. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to negotiate individually with one or more firms, and to select one or more firms if determined to be in the best interest of the District.
