Position Summary:
North County Recreation District seeks a Maintenance Person. Under general supervision, the Maintenance Person works primarily independently and is responsible for maintaining heating and water systems and performs routine building maintenance and minor grounds-keeping functions for all facilities. District facilities are in Nehalem on the Oregon Coast, and serve a rural district of approximately 3,500 people. The district employs an annual average of 50 full and part-time employees in five operating departments: administration, adult activities, aquatics, fitness (including yoga) and youth.
