FY 2023 Treatment for Individuals with Serious Mental Illness, Serious Emotional Disturbance, or Co-Occurring Disorders Experiencing Homelessness

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides comprehensive, coordinated, and evidenced-based services for individuals, youth, and families with a serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), or co-occurring disorder (COD) who are experiencing homelessness, including encampments, or at imminent risk of homelessness, such as people exiting jail or prison without a place to live. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Overdose Data to Action: Limiting Overdose Through Collaborative Actions in Localities

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports projects that will use data to drive actions that reduce overdose morbidity and mortality in communities quickly, while addressing health disparities, with a primary focus on opioid, stimulant, and polysubstance use involving opioids and/or stimulants. Click here for more information.
