WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program encourages the expansion of broadband services in rural areas by awarding cooperative agreement funding to eligible entities. FY 2023 Clean Energy to Communities Program: Peer-Learning Cohorts

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to create a platform for peer-­learning cohorts to address cross-cutting energy challenges with a community-oriented approach. Participants in the cohorts will meet regularly to share strategies and best practices, learn collaboratively, and work on policy or program proposals, action plans, or strategies to tackle energy-related issues. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 National Communication System (NCS) for Runaway and Homeless Youth Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to assists young people in communicating with their families and service providers, provides crisis-interventions to youth who may be considering leaving home, youth who have left home, and youth experiencing homelessness and to provides confidential, safe, and inclusive crisis services. Click here for more information.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program preserves sites related to the struggle of all Americans to gain equal rights. FY 2023 Historical Preservation Fund (HPF) Underrepresented Communities (URC) Grant Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides funding to diversify the nominations to the National Register of Historic Places. Projects include surveys and inventories of historic properties associated with communities underrepresented in the National Register, as well as the development of nominations to the National Register for specific sites. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State Historic Preservation Offices, tribal historic preservation offices, federally recognized tribes, Alaska Native Villages/Corporations, Native Hawaiian organizations, nonprofit organizations and certified local governments.

FY 2023 COPS Blue Alert Program 

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to give authorities an early warning of threats against law enforcement and to aid in the apprehension of suspects who have killed or seriously injured an officer or deputy. Funding under this program will support awareness of the Blue Alert system through the production of an educational video and to research, gather, and compile accurate and timely information about law enforcement officers shot in the line of duty. Click here for more information.

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The goal of this program is to increase the capacity of rural or small jurisdiction police departments or prosecutors' offices to combat violent crime through enhanced implementation of critical crime reduction elements, and to provide tools and resources needed to implement critical elements. Click here for more information.

FY 2023 Federal Transit Capital Investment Grant (CIG) Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support transit capital investments, including heavy rail, commuter rail, light rail, streetcars, bus rapid transit (BRT), and ferries. FY 2024 Voluntary Airport Low Emissions (VALE) Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to encourage airports to implement clean technology projects that improve air quality. This program will support eligible airports that meet their state-related air quality responsibilities under the Clean Air Act by helping airports finance low-emission vehicles, refueling and recharging stations, gate electrification, and other airport air quality improvements. Click here for more information.
