Morrow County Health District is seeking a Clinic Director for Pioneer Memorial Clinic (PMC) in Heppner and Ione Community Clinic (ICC) in Ione. The Clinic Director oversees all aspects of operations at two of the District’s rural health clinics. This includes developing and implementing policies, enacting quality initiatives, creating workflows, ensuring regulatory compliance, supervision and training of staff, and day to day oversight of both clinics. The PMC/ICC Clinic Director works closely with the Clinic Director responsible for Irrigon Medical Clinic and Boardman Immediate Care to ensure consistent practices across clinics and a seamless experience for patients. This is a leadership position and requires leadership skills and experience. Salary: · Starting salary range $98,742 - $108,993 DOQ

Requirements:

· Five years of leadership experience in a medical clinic setting preferred.

· Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

· Combination of education and work experience will be considered.

· Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
