Canby Utility is accepting applications for a lead customer service representative. Canby Utility provides drinking water and electricity to customers within the city limits of Canby. This position provides lead support to the customer service department by overseeing billing, credit, adjustments, and collection activities. This position also assists customers by phone and in person, direct incoming calls, set up and close utility accounts, processing payments, and bank deposits. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years of cash handling and balancing experience plus 2 years of credit and collections experience. Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. The candidate must also be proficient in typing, 10-key, and in use of computers.
