As a member of SDIS, your district can send one individual to our drone training program at no cost (a $1,500 value). This course provides classroom training designed to assist individuals with the operation of a drone in accordance with all applicable regulations and your SDIS liability policy.
This is a two-day course covering all aspects of safe drone flight. Participants will be ready to act as a pilot for their district. A third day is optional for attendees that want to have some hands on flying experience. Those attendees wanting to take advantage of the third day will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org after registering to get this scheduled.

10am-5pm each day. Please bring a computer, smart phone, and your drone. We will provide the course materials and books. Lunch will not be provided.

**Cancellation Information: Due to the high demand and cost for this training program, we require 3 business days' advance notice if you will not be in attendance. All attendees who do not cancel with 3 business days' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of half of the value of the training ($750). No shows will also be charged.
