Upcoming Events OR-OSHA Permanent Rules for Heat and Smoke Roundtable Discussion
OR-OSHA announced the adoption of rules to protect workers from the hazards of high heat and wildfire smoke. In their news release, you can find information on the implementation timeframes and links to the text of each of the rules.
To further assist SDAO members, we will be holding a virtual roundtable discussion via Microsoft Teams next Friday, May 20th starting at 8:30am. The meeting will start with a review of both of the rules. We will then open it up to questions and group discussion. We anticipate the meeting will last at least an hour, but we will make ourselves available as long as needed to get everyone’s questions answered to the best of our abilities.
How to Join the Meeting There is no need to register. Just join using the meeting link below at the time of the meeting.
