I had a login and password for your previous web site. Will it work on your new web site?
If you have previously registered for SDAO's member website and signed on in the last 12 months, your information is likely to already be in our system and you don't need to create a new account. You can use the Forgot My Username and Forgot My Password tools on the Sign In page to recover your credentials and reset your password. In most cases your Username is the email address you provided when your originally registered.
To Recover your Username
Click the blue Sign In button on the top right portion of this window and select the "Forgot My Username link". An email from MemberServices@sdao.com with your Username will be sent to email address we have on file for you.
To Reset your Password
Click the blue Sign In button on the top right portion of this window and click the "Forgot my Password link". An email from MemberServices@sdao.com with a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. Follow the link, enter and confirm your new password and click the Submit button. Upon resetting you will be signed in to the website.
I received an Email already attached to existing login Message.
This simply means we already have a login account associated with the email address in our system. Click on the link next to the message and follow the steps to recover your logon credentials.
How do I change my username and password?
Sign In, then select the My Account link from the menu bar at the top of page. Click the "Change Security" link to the right of the word Password. Enter your new login credentials and click the Save button.
